The definition of professionalism the studies used is anachronistic, misogynistic and completely out of touch with the world in 2020. Original post by https://www.facebook.com/100011032691769/posts/1158114014566344/?d=n
“medbikini the poop storm that the top article has produced must be taken in context of the other two. After all, the methods were copied(!) How ALL of these got past IRB peer review and editorial inspection is mind-bending. Clearly the definition of “professionalism” is the eye of the storm and the aspect I find most unacceptable is labeling discussion of topics like gun control as unprofessional. It is in fact our jobs as physicians to speak out against gun violence.”
